Would be so grateful to hear some thoughts: If a company wants all Data and ML to be owned by one Director, what would the team make up look like? I am arguing that this Director should have DBAs, DE’s, MLops, ML Engineers, DS’s all under their org chart. I’m getting some push back on that structure so I’d love to hear other peoples take.
