Computer Vision reddit.com

Hi guys,

I'm fairly new to computer vision and recently I got my final project where I would need to detect defects on a metal surface. Those are mutliple small scale defects of 1-3mm. I am thinking to train yolo network with image segmentation as my primary option, but would you guys suggest what other methods I could look into?

Thanks a lot in advance
