Did anyone do ML using acoustic sensors on motors and pumps?

I am trying to use Librosa to analyze few audio files that was collected on a motor and then create a model using ML to detect anomalies. Some audio files have so low decibels that the loudness came out as "-inf". I was wondering what folks did when this happens.
