Did DataSpell converge into PyCharm?

I noticed that with the last update or so the UI of DataSpell and PyCharm was unified. Further PyCharm is now described as "The Python IDE for data science and web development".
And PyCharms features now list Pandas/Polarssupport + native jupyter notebook support.
