[Discussion] Are there any platforms for self-learners to discuss homeworks/materials of certain public courses?

I am watching the Stanford CS224W ML on Graphs (2021 Winter) course, and have found the homework (the newest version from 2021 Fall) a bit challenging. It would be very helpful if there is some platforms for self-learners to chat on their solutions. Has anyone heard of some?
