From the looks of it although its in early stage it looks like they killed many of the instrumental topics like Support Vector Machines, Kernels, Neural network from previous iterations to make way more for more digestible topics like decision tree. Furthermore the graded quizzes is definitely a major major step back from the previous iteration of the machine learning specialization with many having a couple of questions only
