[Discussion] Lower Tier CV/Graphics Conferences

Hi, grad student here. I would usually ask this to my thesis advisor, but he left academia recently.

I'm looking for a place to publish a preprint I wrote, but I'm very certain that the quality/novelty is not high enough for something like ICCV/CVPR or similar prestige conferences.
