I'm 23 years old in Vietnam, currently an AI Engineer, and just joined to a new start-up company about 1 month ago. My job is to research papers, clean data, fine-tune models and create APIs to serve in production. But right now I'm quite lost because my company is the only one working on AI and I feel like I'm just an experiment.
