[Discussion] What opportunities exist for companies to develop domain-specific LLM models?

I was wondering if there is a need for LLM models that are for a specific purpose. For example, I am imagining an LLM model that is specialized for generating code that would be better at generating code than a general purpose LLM.

Or is there no need for this because of the big general purpose LLMs that are trending?
