Hello, I am looking for methods to turn a graph network of variable size into a fixed length vector for input into a NN. I have already found methods suck as graph2vec but am looking for alternative methods as well due to implementation difficulty. This is assuming the graph is already a list of embedded nodes(from deep walk node2vec or any other node embedding method). Inductive embedding methods are preferred due to the shortcomings of transductive techniques. If anyone can …
