[D]Laptop suggestion for DL development/prototyping

I am looking towards purchasing a new laptop for my current HPC development & simulation as well as future DL tasks. I already own a desktop with a RTX3080, so all the hard trainings either go to my desktop or colab, and the laptop is only expected to be used for development/prototyping purpose.

I am currently looking at two different kinds of options (RAM/storage/battery life not an issue):
