As a data scientist who likes entrepreneurship I'm thinking about :

* Approaching small-mid companies/businesses
* Offering free auditing
* Identifying use cases and building a proof of concept
* Quoting the client and delivering

Obviously this is an oversimplified approach and I've probably overlooked lots of details.
