Does anyone have tips for finding a job in which I’d be an individual contributor rather than a leader?

I’m nearing 40 and I have zero interest in managing a team, making constant presentations or just yucking it up with CEOs. I’m perfectly happy working behind the scenes, even if it means I won’t see a fat salary in my life.
