[D]Regression performance difference when changing output from [0,255] to [-127,127]

Hi,

I was training the DNN with 3 layers with ReLu activation functions in a supervised fashion (2 numbers as input and 1 number as output). The 1 input number represents velocity and the 1 output number represents the corresponding control signal. The goal is to train a DNN so that the regression between the resulted velocity and the provided control signal can be properly mapped.
