The Eastern University online MS data science program is, to the best of my knowledge, by far the cheapest and fastest way to get a graduate degree in DS. It allows you to get an MS in about 10 months for less than 10K USD. It’s completely online and self-paced. There’s no deadline other than end of the semester deadlines. You can pace yourself however you want during the semester.
