Employer wants me to get into analytics

I work at a non-profit. I do very, very light data analysis now. Nothing complicated. A high schooler could do it. Most of my job is working with clients.

I do have a bachelor's degree, but it is in political science. I had one class in college that introduced me to R and then a few stats classes. I graduated ten years ago and have forgotten most of it.
