Following advice about the ease of use for quick demos, I finally decided to start out with python before considering Rust or c++.

In my project folder, in the virtual environment, Opencv-python i installed. But the book I'm following says there's use of packages like Numpy, Scipy, and also OpenNI and SensorKinect as optionals. Do I have to install these packages in the same virtual environment(since the book I'm following uses them)?
