Forecasting: Best Practices & Assistance Needed

Starting to dip my toes into more data science in my current data analyst role in an effort to “add more tools to the toolbox”. The first item that I have tasked myself with is to project out anticipated Client Effort Scores (CES) for the upcoming year, both in a monthly trend and provide a potential year ending average.
