Abstract: Deformable image registration (DIR) is a fundamental task in radiotherapy, with existing methods often struggling to balance computational efficiency, registration accuracy, and speed effectively. We introduce a novel DIR approach employing parametric 3D Gaussian control points achieving a better tradeoff.
