Generating Flags.

Hello, I'm new to this subfield and wanting to get hands experience simultaneously while I study it,

I'm thinking of training a model to generate a random flag.

I have a dataset of the flag of every country, and I can expand that dataset by adding the flags of some cities.

I would be thankful if somebody gives instructions of how this project could be done.
