Ghosted after On-Site Interview

It is so incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to ghost candidates after multiple rounds and especially when the on-site interviews are 4-5 hours long. I lost an entire day to this, and they can't even be bothered to call or email me to let you know yes or no? I am at a loss for words how just incredibly inconsiderate it is to treat people like this.
