Going from 'Data Scientist' to 'Data and business analyst'. Would this hurt my career?

How important are titles for your career? I want a realistic answer, as I feel the industry is anal about titles and how they reflect your value.

I like the new company with the new title. But money is crucial for me, so I want to know if this would hurt my chances of going back to 'Data Scientist' role
