Got employed as the head of analytics in a startup. I am excited but feeling intimidated. Any tips on how to manage my team and work with people?

After 5 months of unemployment, I got a job as the head of analytics (a loose term for AI, ML and any data science related term) in a startup that works on building intelligent sensors. Among other things, I'm expected (and want) to drive the AI development process within the organization and ensure we build good models etc etc. \[I have 8+ YOE\]
