Got laid off as a data analyst. It's hard to feel like I'm worth anything now

One of the most tragic and heartbreaking things to ever hear in life is that you're laid off. I'm heartbroken and distraught. My resume is up to date, and I've been preening over it repeatedly. Honestly so heartbreaking and terrifying that any day you can wake up and your entire life is just canceled
