GPU PC at home or serverless GPU in cloud?

Hi, I am just getting started in NLP/deep learning, I would like to use GPU in my work. I was quite convinced to buy a Dell Alienware Aurora R15 (with 64g RAM & RTX 4090) since it's now available at great discount @ 3.2K Euros.
