Has anyone decided to sell their soul and work with LLMs?

I’ve seen many many different “AI” companies offer silly amounts of money for “AI” specialists that only really need to know how to fine-tune LLMs and aren’t typically required to have deep technical skills - but more sales/consulting/management skills.
