Basically the title - I’ve heard too many horror stories from ppl that joined big 4 as a DS and absolutely hated every aspect of the work.

So just interested if anyone has had an overall positive experience and if they had any tips for managing DS/AI projects as a consultant. How do you avoid hating the job eventually?
