How can I integrate my LDA Model in creating a website?

I'm currently working on a thesis in which I need to integrate the LDA Model that I trained to the website that i am making. I am using Gensim Package to train my model and Django Framework for my website. Assuming that both of them uses python language, there could be a way to integrate it smoothly.
