I am in the interview process due to layoffs since a while now. Recently multiple companies have asked me LeetCode type questions. And I have failed them all.

I don’t know why they are a requirement. It shows nothing about my skills. Rest all my interviews go well but due to this one single round, I fail to get an offer.

Is this the norm now? I actually dislike even practicing LeetCode questions. I would rather do a take home …
