How do handle your model documentation?

Hey data scientists, technical writer interloper here. I have a few questions about everyone's favorite topic, model documentation.

- What authoring tools / platforms do you use for writing your model docs (e.g., plain Markdown, Markdown rendered to HTML by a SSG, cells within a Jupyter notebook, a WYSIWYG editor like Word, etc)?

- How do your docs after you've finished them (within an individual project's git repo, in a central location with other docs created by your team, etc.)? …
