Seeing a lot of ds companies in the healthcare space like identifying problems with organ imagery, likelihood of getting disease X.

How do these companies actually get access to enough of this type of data in the first place to build models and test?

Do they buy it from healthcare providers? Work with universities? Or something else entirely?
