How do you distribute calculus from a Jupyter Hub server, to several other computers in the network?

Hi,
We have a server with Jupyter Hub.
We train extremly heavy models.
We don't want the calculus to me made on the Jupyter Hub server. It has to stay free from heavy load calculations as several people are using it.
We have several training machines in the same network. War machines with 2 GPU and plenty or RAM.
Currently, what we do is that we copy the code and data to these machines and launch the training.
