How do you find the discipline to keep studying?

My career is now 3 years in and I'm doing relatively well at my job of developing predictive models and working with some machine learning engineering in the cloud. The thing is, I get very bored with most Udemy courses (which I start with the intention of developing some underdeveloped skills) and don't absorb anything from them.
