How do you plan a cloud infrastructure?

I'm interviewing for a senior data scientist position. I'm in the last round and got a home assignment that contained SQL & Python tasks. I also had to develop two models and make a bunch of meaningful data visualisations, all from scratch. In the end I have to put all of this into a pretty PowerPoint presentation and present it to businesspeople at the company.
