How many companies out there are truly experimentation focused like Netflix?

If you check out this link you will see many articles about how much of a focus Netflix puts into experimentation. They actually explore the literature for better methods for doing large scale experimentation, and it’s a huge component of their DS workflow
However, I’m curious as to if every company is like this, because it seems like everyone else is just “okay” with taking arbitrary sample sizes, arbitrary metrics, and don’t think as critically as Netflix does about …
