How to create segmentation masks for multilabel classification

Hi.
Below, I got a .tif file (converted to jpg for the sake of this post) of a mask from the Massachusets Building Dataset:
This mask classifies the buildings (white) and background/objects of non-interest (black). Its a binary classification problem.
However, I am trying to build a human body parsing model that segments different human body parts (head, left arm, right arm, left leg, right leg, torso) that are all found on the same image file like this: …
