how to label 3d object for segmentation task ?

I'm working on 3d data where i need to train my model to do segmentation..

but i don't know any tool that i can use for labeling my data.

i'm using mesh face, so i need to give each mesh face a label..

is there any tool(s) that i can use or can help me ?
