How to test the relationship between red dots & yellow dots??? [R package, archaeologist needs help lol]

[Is there any way to statistically test \(In R\) the association between the red dots \(rock art\) and the yellow dots \(funerary monuments\)? I want to prove the red dots are not just randomly located in the landscape but always situated in relation to yellow dots.
