How would you approach hosting real time detection model in server/cloud?

I made a cv model which currently uses openCV to get video stream. Now I want to make it into a full-stack app, where multiple frontend apps can get the processed video stream. I’m curious if there already exist any framework or cloud platform where I can upload my models and link them to my frontend or do I need to do it all manually?
