I know imposter syndrome is real, but I'm afraid I really am. Anyone catch up quickly at a new job

I know my python isn't up to standard. I never did OOP really.

The new hire at my same level has done a lot more of the whole process than me. I realize how I was complacent and lazy at my job and this new job is great with competent people. I know I'll have to catch up quickly and I'm afraid of not doing so
