ICML rebbutal 2024 [R]

Hi all,

Today the reviews for ICML 2024 are out.

I submitted my first paper and all the reviews were negative (three rejections with ratings 3) about paper presentation. I am wondering how things work later. Do I have a chance of getting my paper accepted if I change its presentation? Especially because I have done experiments after my first submission.
Anyone faced the same issue and feel down because of this first disappointment?
