I’m really getting frustrated with my career trajectory.

I’m hoping to get some career advice. I was a special operator in the military on active duty, the kind you go through selection for, and did intelligence work when I was much younger. I then transitioned to officer where I was managing a couple of large intelligence cells at up to division level.
