Im transitioning into a Data role. Seeking salary and other general advice.

Hello everyone, after being a social worker and getting a masters in social work I want to transition into data science. I have zero background in data analysis, my work offered my an interim data coordinator role using Power BI and SQL. Eventually I can learn python and R and use it later on.
