In-browser visualization lib, higher-level than d3.js, but lower-level than plotly, dash, bokeh, altair, streamlit...?

I have years of experience in data science, but for a new project including a big dashboard I want to choose the right libraries.
It will be a dashboard "inside the browser", so I need a good JS visualization library.

I'm looking for:
