I made a visual grounding CNN using HRnet and CLIP plus a final few FCs at the end that outputs bounding box coordinates for a given image and text prompts referring to an object in the image.
I saw CNNs commonly use batch normalizations after convolutions to avoid internal variance shift but what if in my case the shift is actually desired? If the object is somewhere else in the image, I want my bbox/output to change to …
