Is a Masters in Data Science worth it, or should I do it in CS/Maths/Stats?

Context: I’m 26 with a bachelor in CS and I have a data scientist title with 3yoe in the field. Title aside, I’m mostly a data engineer building and optimising pipelines, building models here and there but mostly engineering stuff.
