Is HackerRank always this slow?

I was sent a link to a HackerRank test from a company I'm interviewing with. I've never used HackerRank so I created an account to do some practice problems before opening the timed test.

It takes a 3-10 minutes to run a simple:

SELECT * FROM table LIMIT 10;

I've reset my browser and laptop, no change. Is this typical? I can't imagine doing a test like this. Any advice?
