I am looking to build a simple chatbot which will serve a purpose of FAQ. The user can ask basic question about my product and the chatbot will provide answers.
My question is : Is LLM bases chatbot ideal for my use case or would be a case of killing the mosquito with an anvil?
I am also concerned with 'model hallucination'. Will LLM based chatbot hallucinate and give the users wrong answers?
What are my options? …
