Is there a way to ask pandas to read all columns of a csv except for one?

Or a couple of columns. I was thinking something like pd.read_csv('data.csv',usecols=[1:]), but that doesn't work. Don't see it in the documentation but maybe there is a workaround.

Or maybe something that would work like pd.read_csv('data.csv',skipcols=['col1','col20']), reads all columns but those.
