Just got a Data Scientist Job Offer. Yay or Nay?

So I was contacted by the company asking if I was interested. I said yes, and then the next morning, I was emailed a set of interview questions. I answered and emailed it back. Next day, I got an offer. Small company, but Glassdoor suggests it's legit. Pay is good and fully remote.
